All Roosevelt Blvd jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and processing before we ship out your order. 

All domestic orders ship from NYC via UPS. Our standard service is UPS ground which arrives between 5-7 business days. This service is complimentary for all domestic (except AK, HI and Puerto Rico) orders over $500. We also offer expedited shipping options at carrier calculated rates based on the destination. Please reach out to info@rooseveltblvdjewelry.com with any questions. 

International orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery. If your local government determines that your order qualifies for import fees in the form of customs duties and taxes, DHL will reach out to collect these fees on behalf of your government before delivery. Email info@rooseveltblvdjewelry.com with any questions about your international order. 

Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note, items marked as final sale may not be returned or exchanged. All solid gold, bespoke and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or returned for store credit. To ensure eligibility, products must be unused, in excellent condition and in their original packaging. Roosevelt Blvd can refuse the right to refund if the jewelry doesn't meet our criteria. 

Please note, Roosevelt Blvd does not price match. All refunds and exchanges may only be processed on your order receipt and align with amount paid at the original time of purchase. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. We highly recommend that you insure your package .
