This is an exploration of a medium and its relation to the body. My journey in jewelry making started almost a decade ago when I bought a bench and some tools and taught myself how to shape and solder metal. I grew up by the ocean in East Hampton, NY, the daughter of a carpenter with a love of building with wood and metal. I started carving wax and casting and adored the process of carefully creating little objects to be born in metal and decorated with pearls and gemstones. I welcome the thrill of risk taking that's led by an entrepreneurial spirit and I love the feeling of freedom in bringing a playfulness, a sensuality and elegance to my pieces. All photography and art direction are my work. I've been a musician, painter and sculptor at different times in my life and I'm discovering the ways this craft will continue to be a catalyst in my creativity and growth as a human on earth

Most of the pieces in this collection are named after sculptors and take inspiration from art and the natural world. I work closely with a small team of jewelers in NYC to ensure the quality of my work. All of these pieces are made to order from recycled metals to reduce environmental impact.
